By creating an account, connecting your tools, or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms periodically, and your continued use of Haba constitutes acceptance of any changes. Haba is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or immunity from downtime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services at our discretion, with or without notice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Haba complies with all applicable laws and your organization's policies. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to other users' data or company workspaces, disrupt system performance, or engage in activities that could compromise the platform's security or integrity. We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts. Data and Content Ownership: Any business data, documents, or content you connect to Haba (via Google Drive, SharePoint, email, or other integrations) remains your property. You grant Haba a limited license to access, process, and analyze this data solely to provide our services—including generating insights, drafting content, and enabling AI expert assistance. Content generated by Haba's AI features (such as insights, drafts, or recommendations) belongs to you, subject to these Terms. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls within your organization and ensuring you have the right to connect and process data through Haba. You agree not to upload or process data that violates third-party rights, contains sensitive personal information without proper authorization, or violates applicable privacy laws. By using Haba, you consent to our collection and use of technical and usage data necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the service. We handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or any future updates, you must discontinue use of Haba and may request deletion of your account and data.
